My passion for architecture, planning and leadership; my experience living and working in Dubai – “the city of opportunities”, “the city of achievements and great projects”; and most importantly, my inspiration by a great leader and planner, H.H. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rasheed Al Maktoum… these are all factors that have led me to establish FIRST ART. Why this name “FIRST ART”? It symbolises architecture. This name reflects man’s first need, which is finding and creating a shelter to live in, a place we called “home”. He then had to find another place in which to create, and called it a “workplace”. As time passed, the needs evolved. Architecture is not only the original need; it is also a reoccurring one. One that man has always had to encounter, for whatever activity he had to pursue. Pioneered by an idea, empowered by a vision, achieved by a plan, and sustained by teamwork, this is what FIRST ART is all about. This idea is to be unique; to think out of the box. This vision is to be creative; to produce useful yet affordable services that add value. This plan is to be determined; to use every resource appropriately and to always follow the right route, no matter how long and hard it may be. This teamwork is to be qualified; to build the core of sustainability. A team of partners who believed in the same idea, vision and plan, clients and associates who see remarkable results year after year, the multi-national architects and engineers who believed that FIRST ART is their second family, who will invest in them to provide better career opportunities and a better overall future.
